1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or offer a replacement.

• Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product or a product that doesn’t match your order, we will accept the return and ship the correct item.

• Unopened and Unused Products: Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and sealed products. Since perfumes are personal items, returns for opened or used perfumes will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfume bottles.

• Perfumes that have been altered or tampered with.

• Gift cards or promotional items that are marked as non-returnable.

3. Time Frame for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and the details on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Shipping the Return: Once you receive the return instructions, pack the item securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will offer a replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

• In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Gars Parfums will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
